Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

If a customer would like to cancel a booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to enable us to cancel and fill the slot available. If it is cancelled  the same day we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee  to cover potential lost revenue.

All ovens will be checked upon start and completion of the clean to make sure there are no defects, if a defect is noticed it will be pointed out to the customer both pre and post clean.

The client must confirm that it is in sound working order before we leave the property. Please note, that anything can go wrong with an appliance at anytime regardless of age and condition, Because of this we will give a guarantee of 48 hours and if anything happens after that time we hold no accountability. However, If we agree to return after this time a call out charge may be applied to take a look at the appliance.  By making a booking with Green Oven Clean you are agreeing to our terms.  All cleans MUST be paid for either in Cash, by Card or by Bank Transfer whilst we are still on site. There is NO pay later option for anyone.
